Yes on Creator, Founder, and Teams. Only AI images and AI writing spend credits — a fully AI-imaged slideshow costs 3 credits. Free accounts get a one-time taste of AI credits, not unlimited slideshows.
Do you auto-post?
No. You export the slideshow and post it on TikTok yourself. Sand Media does not post for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the next renewal and you are not charged again. Access continues through the period you already paid. Monthly plans renew each month. Creator annual, Founder annual, and Teams annual renew each year.
Is annual billing available?
Creator is $19 a month or $179 a year, and Founder is $39 a month or $499 a year.
What does Teams include?
Teams is $199 a month or $1,990 a year for a 10-person team, with a 1,000-credit pool. Extra seats are $15/mo and add 50 credits.
What add-ons are there?
Extra seats ($15/mo + 50 pool credits), a $12 pack of 50 credits (60 days, raises AI cap by $6), extra tracked accounts, and extra app workspaces. Hands-on support is a separate application.
Is there a free trial?
Sort of. Every new account gets 9 free credits, once — not a paid plan. Manual text edits are always free. After the free taste you need a plan or a credit pack for more AI.
Why not just use CapCut or Canva?
You can. They start from a blank canvas. Sand Media starts from a flow that already worked, so repeating a slideshow format is faster. It isn’t a video editor.
Do you support Instagram carousels?
Not yet. Instagram carousels are coming soon. TikTok slideshows are live today.
