Cancel any time in Billing. Access continues through the period you already paid.

Who handles payments?

Whop. Sand Media never receives your full card details.

Can I get a refund?

Email support@sandmedia.cc with your receipt. Refunds are reviewed case by case. See the refund policy.

What does Founder cost?

Founder is $39 a month. Creator is $19 a month. Agency is not open for checkout.

What uses credits?

AI actions you click. One AI image is 1 credit. A full AI slideshow is 3 credits. Rewrite is free, capped. Manual edits are always free.

What if I run out?

Manual slideshows keep working. A pack is 50 credits for $12, and those credits last 60 days.

How many do I get?

Creator 100 a month, Founder 300, Agency a shared pool of 1,000 when it opens. New accounts get 9 free credits.

Is there a template?

Every slideshow is five beats: Hook, Bait, Value, CTA, Ending.

Where do photos come from?

Pinterest through the official API, your photo bank, your uploads, or an AI image when you click Generate. No scraping.

How do I remove a photo?

Select it and press Delete or Backspace to clear the cell.

Does Sand Media post for me?

No. You export and post it yourself on TikTok.

Is scheduling here?

Not yet. There is no auto-posting and no scheduling date to promise.

How do views show up?

Mark a post as posted and paste the TikTok link. Views come from the post's public label.
